1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GetPaid.Video, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

GetPaid.Video provides AI-powered YouTube channel audits and monetization services. Our services include:

• Free Channel Audit: AI analysis of publicly available YouTube channel data.
• Paid Services: Monthly subscription services for channel optimization and monetization.
• Co-Build Program: Revenue-sharing software development partnerships for qualifying creators.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the billing date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

5. Co-Build Program

• Revenue is split 50/50 between GetPaid.Video and the creator.
• GetPaid.Video retains ownership of the code; the creator retains ownership of their brand.
• Minimum commitment: 12 months. Either party may exit with 90 days notice.
• Buyout available at 24-36x monthly net revenue.

6. AI-Generated Content

Our audit results and recommendations are generated by AI based on publicly available data. While we strive for accuracy, results are estimates and should not be considered financial advice. Actual revenue may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

GetPaid.Video is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
